Buster's Mum, 2025
We are so incredibly grateful to have found Dr Taylah - what a kind, generous, warm and gentle person she is.
Dr Taylah came into our lives seven months ago when we were worried about our senior greyhound. She provided us with lots of information and reassurance and maintained contact whilst we were navigating his care.
The time came for us to suddenly need to say goodbye to our best friend a week ago and Dr Taylah was able to come to us on that same day. She created such a beautiful space for us all during his passing (including our other canine baby) and treated him with such love and care. I know that when he left us, he was in such safe and gentle hands.
We still light the candle she gave us every evening.
Thank you Dr Taylah for all the work you do - you truly are an incredible human.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cass's Mum, 2025
I wish I had found Taylah sooner so she could have handled my boy's palliative care from the start - she gave much better care than my usual vet and without the stress as he hated going there. Her competence and experience was so reassuring - she made sure that he had good pain relief and really tried everything to try to improve his quality of life for as long possible. We could both sense her genuine care and empathy and that really helped when I had to say goodbye to him. I don't normally leave reviews but I want to help other people going through this heartbreaking experience by recommending Taylah - I really hope I won't need her services again anytime soon but I wouldn't go to anyone else. He was so young and it was such an awful, stressful time but she did anything she could to make it easier on us and I'm so very grateful for that.

Dozer's Mum, 2025
When my baby boy Dozer was starting to slow down physically I started with booking in a quality of life home visit with vet Taylah. I knew I always wanted a home goodbye but wasn’t equipped with knowing when I should make that decision. If you are googling around like I was to figure out who would be the best person for this very important life decision, I promise you have have made the right choice with vet Taylah. From the moment she walked through the door I felt immediately at ease. Over the next 45 minutes she could observe Dozer at home in his natural environment which is always different to when you go into a vet clinic. I learnt more about elderly pet care and hidden pain and suffering signs that I never knew before. All in a kind, fear free respectful way with no pressure. Over the following week this helped me realise that my beautiful Dozer was in fact telling me it was time. Taylah regularly checked in with me and it was so soothing to know she was thinking of us. I also took the time to read all the wonderful resources on her website which were invaluable. We all want to be reassured we are making the right decision at the right time and Taylah really helped me with that. As for the goodbye, as per all the other reviews it was the most beautiful, calm and kind send off I could have ever wished for. Everything my boy deserved. I wish all pets had the privilege of Taylah’s help in passing. She truly is an angel and one special human being. I will be forever grateful. Thankyou Taylah.
P.s if you are reading this I feel your pain, don’t hesitate, pick up the phone and at least book a home consult. Being equipped with the information and tools you need is the best thing you can do for your loved ones.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were so appreciative and lucky to have Dr Taylah coordinate our Bichon Bella’s goodbye. She was so professional and kind, explaining each step to us and letting us process it without any rush! Dr Taylah has such a gentle nature and made us all feel at ease during this hard time. She brought a candle and a kit to take nose& paw prints to be made into key rings later! We thank you for making it a really lovely send off for Bella

Tara's Mum, 2025
Dr Taylah was brilliant, she could see I was struggling with our loss of Tara and told me about her own loss and how it affected her and explained how grief can affect different people. The way she handled Tara was with the utmost care and respect. There aren't enough thank yous for how much I appreciate what she did for me and my Tara.

Evie's Mum, 2025
We couldn’t have wished for a more peaceful goodbye for our precious cat, Evie. Dr Taylah was gentle, kind, calm and empathetic as she went through each step of the journey. She understood both the needs of Evie and us. It was cathartic to talk about Evie’s life and believe that we were doing her a kindness. Dr Taylah is the perfect person to perform such a difficult job and we feel blessed that she was there for all of us.

Grommet's Mum, 2025
Words cannot convey Dr Taylah’s professional skill and the gentle, loving, calm, serene experience my now passed 13 year old greyhound Grommet and I shared. Not a word was said about a last minute call to attend on a Saturday night.
Grommet could not have been more peaceful and it was as though he was the most important dog in the world. Dr Taylah could not have done more and in a loving way that I felt, we really mattered. Grommet left this world filled with love and dignity.
Dr Taylah’s guidance before, during and follow up after have made the grieving process less traumatic as I only have a memory of a loving experience, even as he left us. Dr Taylah is a rare human. Thank you Dr Taylah.

Maddilyn & Jarryd, 2024
My deepest gratitude for Dr Taylah when it came time to give our baby Charlie a peaceful end. We were the luckiest to find her in the depths of our sorrow. All I ever wanted was for my boy to be in his home with his blankey and us by his side and that's what we were able to give him, thanks to her. Her gentle touch and beautiful demeanour quickly won him over and he left as peaceful as he could. She gave us alone time to hold him, lit a candle and even picked rose petals from our garden to place on him. The most beautiful send off for our Charlie boy. Our little guy is definitely our angel, but there's also angels that walk amongst us and that is Dr Taylah. Her care and genuine compassion, the follow up check ins and making sure we are okay has meant so much to us. We are eternally grateful for her for making such a sad time so profoundly touching and memorable. Thank you x

Making the unbearable, bearable. I highly recommend Dr. Taylah. After reaching a horrible quality of life decision about an ongoing health condition with our beloved cat, Dr. Taylah’s sweat and caring disposition and thoughtful service made the impossible and devastating decision to end our boys suffering a peaceful and heartfelt experience. Her care and compassion extended well after our boy was gone, with all the little details making all the difference to our grieving and healing process. I honestly will never do it another way again. Thank you so much Dr.Taylah. What a wonderful human you are.

The Lees Family, 2023
I would give Dr Taylah a million stars if I could. Such a beautiful person who travelled to our home and kindly and gently helped our beloved 15 year old Coco cross the rainbow bridge on Sunday night, after living with hemgiosarcoma cancer for 3 months. She made Coco so comfortable, brought a beautiful candle with a C on it (which we lit for Coco when saying goodbye) and had the loveliest suggestions for our family to send off Coco in the most loving way. Taylah has gone above and beyond, assisting us with Eden Hills crematorium booking and ordering too. She also has been very thoughtful with following up and even sent us a memoriam for our Coco. Thank you Taylah. I am so thankful she was sent you to us - an angel for our Coco in her last moments.

Dr Taylah is an absolutely AMAZING soul! The ceremony she conducted with us to assist my baby's transition to Doggy Heaven was so beautiful, so unrushed, so "taylahed" (pardon the pun!) to us (Woozle, my daughter and me.) She, together with us, looked for the perfect spot, in our garden, under a warm sky, cradled in my daughter's arms. The poem and candle were extraordinary touches. Taylah has such a gift with both animals and people. She literally has a halo. Her sense of vocation and love for what she does shines through and through. Incredibly valuable support and guidance through what is a very sad time: saying goodbye to a beloved pet. A gazillion stars from me!!!

Dr Taylah, she’s been more than a doctor, a caregiver and a friend. We came across her details when we were looking for home care for our sick cat. From the first meet, she was so understanding & supportive and looked after our anxious baby who was not easy to handle! 😎 When it was time for us to let him go, she explained everything and had absolute patience with all of us, and the process felt so much easier. It was very painful, however we couldn’t have have done it without her and the guidance. Thank you once again for everything! Our baby rests well, RIP 🐈⬛ Keep Rocking.

Dr Taylah was wonderful. What a calm, thoughtful vet she is. We were so thankful for a person our cat was not afraid of, who immediately liked and trusted because of her manner and nature. We let him go today, and instead of a farewell we want to forget, it was reassuring, soft and so thoughtful. If you have this tough decision, you should feel confident and at ease engaging her. Thank you Dr Taylah.

Steph & Paris, November 2023
We had Dr Taylah come out to our home a couple days ago to help us say goodbye to our 16 year old pooch. I don’t quite know what I was expecting as a first time doing something like this, but I cannot express enough how blown away I was with her, to the very smallest of details. Dr Taylah was kind, soft, caring and thoughtful. How she spoke with us, comforted us, and how she treated our boy Charlie was just above anything I could have ever imagined. It was seamless. We felt completely safe with her. Her energy was just…wow. There were several of us there and we all agreed that she made it that much more special. Dr Taylah gave Charlie everything he deserved, and everything we needed in that moment. Her communication was great, prior to her arrival, and even checking in after she had left. I couldnt! recommend Dr Taylah more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts We will never forget what you did for us and for Charlie. X

Jane, January 2024
Dr Taylah was exceptional in both her compassionate care of Rosie and support for us during this difficult time. Rosie was examined and we were informed that she was at the end of life. This greatly helped in taking out any concerns that maybe there was something else that could be done to prolong Rosie’s life. Dr Taylah explained the process and how comfort is prioritized, before the final medication is given. We had time for final goodbyes, Dr Taylah lit a candle and gently administered the medication. Rosie went to sleep on her favorite chair, at home, in a very peaceful manner. Dr Taylah texted later that evening and the next day, which was great support. As difficult as it is to make this decision, l highly recommend Dr Taylah in assisting you in the last act of kindness you can show your pet. Taylah’s gentleness and support was incredible. Thanks again Taylah!

Jess & Jarryd, November 2023
On the day, she arrived and asked us where we would like Sarah to be. She listened to our wishes and was honest with us about how our chosen place could affect us after Sarah's passing. We are now thankful that she did. Sometimes grief can cloud judgement and Taylah was incredibly understanding. Sarah trusted Taylah immediately, as if she knew that Taylah would be taking her pain away soon. Taylah took the time to connect with Sarah and was patient while we fumbled around the house getting things ready. She also listened attentively as we shared fond memories of our girl. She made sure we were sitting with Sarah, so that she could see the both of us. Sarah was sedated and Taylah allowed us to say goodbye in our own time. When we felt Sarah was ready, Taylah read a gorgeous poem that reassured us that we were doing the right thing. She talked us through the entire process and gave us time alone with Sarah after she was gone. She prepared Sarah in the most beautiful way, with a little bunch of flowers, Sarah's favourite pink jumper and a photo of the 3 of us from our wedding. They understand that saying goodbye to a pet is saying goodbye to family. They made us feel safe in our grief. We couldn't recommend them enough.

I wish to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by TKG, particularly under the care of Dr. Taylah. Faced with the emotional and challenging decision of bidding farewell to our cherished Great Dane, the professionalism and empathetic approach exhibited were truly commendable. Dr. Taylah's commitment to ensuring a dignified and gentle transition within the familiar confines of our home, significantly alleviated the emotional burden of the moment. The emphasis placed on the emotional well-being of both pet and owners during this delicate process reflects a thoughtful and considerate approach, making it a judicious choice for those navigating the complexities of such decisions

We had to make the hard decision to say goodbye to our beloved Labrador Millie, who was in great pain. We cannot speak highly enough of the professional team (TKG). Dr Taylah, the kindest and most caring vet came to our home and gently put our Millie to sleep. Her passing was very gentle and respectful. It was a difficult experience for us, but being able to farewell her at home with minimal stress was invaluable. Thank-you.

Lynne, Kimberely & Vincent, December 2023
We said goodbye to our beloved 17 year old Kelpie, Charlie. We always wanted Charlie to have “a good end to her life” and not in a sterile environment in a vet practice. I realise this is not always possible but that was our goal. We were introduced to Taylah through Sandra a pet osteo and myotherapist (Paws4Paws) and we hit gold! Taylah gave us the information we needed to make an informed end of life decision for Charlie and it was done with such a caring, calm and empathetic manner. As dog parents, the decision to end Charlie’s life and when to make the right decision, is a painful and difficult one but we always had Charlie’s wellbeing in mind. Taylor was always contactable and when the time came, Taylor made herself available. Not only that, she travelled to the beach where Charlie spent most of her life and where her life ended. Beautiful day, sounds of the ocean, and a glass of bubbly to celebrate Charlie’s life. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Taylor also contacted us the next day to see how we were doing! " If there were more than 5 stars to the review, I would give them.

Highly recommend Dr Taylah. Had to put my dog down. She came to my house, which was so much more comfortable. She was so gentle, caring, understanding & amazing for support. I was a blubbering mess. She waited till he was fully asleep & he passed so peacefully. She even helped organise the cremation. I cannot thank her enough, I take my hat off to her. If there were more caring people in the world like Dr Taylah, the world would be a much better place. She is one of the rare ones. I would totally use her again. It's such a hard & painful process & she makes it easy. I can't recommend her enough. If I could rate 1million stars, I would. Thank you Dr Taylah you are an amazing human being & I thank you with all my heart. You made the process sooooo much easier.

Jed's Mum, March 2024
Taylah is an exceptional lady who not only took great care with our beautiful boy Jed at such a sad time she also made sure she explained the passing process to us and ensured we were comfortable with all that was happening. Her unwavering caring before and after Jed passed shows just how much she cares for not only the animal but humans too. At such a sad time Taylahs compassion and empathy is unmatched by any vet that I have met in the past. Her gentle home goodbye was exactly that and I highly recommend her if you need to say goodbye to your loved pet. Our hearts are broken and will be for sometime but with Taylah's help we are feeling stronger and know our beautiful boy is no longer in pain. He deserved a respectful and dignified goodbye and Taylah gave that to him. There is no one better at this sad time. Her gift of Jeds initial and candle with his name on it will be a beautiful reminder of her kindness too

Crumpet's Family, February 2024
Dr. Taylah has been an incredible blessing to us during this difficult time. She's the epitome of compassion, kindness, and care, making our experience with her truly remarkable. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved 14-year-old toy poodle, Crumpet, Dr. Taylah made sure he transitioned with utmost comfort and surrounded by love, right in the comfort of our home. Her guidance and support, especially for my 10-year-old son, were beyond words. She explained everything with such grace and tenderness, making a difficult process a bit easier to bear. And the aftercare she extended to our grieving family was simply extraordinary. From her thoughtful messages to the beautiful card she sent, every gesture meant the world to us. We are endlessly grateful to Dr. Taylah for her exceptional care and kindness during such a heartbreaking time.

Marley’s Mum, 2024
Dr Taylah came quietly to my home at night with her beautiful assistant, and talked me through the most incredibly peaceful way for Marley to pass. I was able to hold Marley after 14 1/2 years and as she looked up into my eyes for the very last time Dr Taylah assured me that she was no longer in pain. I can’t recommend highly enough, giving your pets this final bit of love and kindness. How Marley was taken from my home in a beautiful bed I will remember forever. As owners of beautiful animals, we need someone who understands and who has compassion and the quietness to complete something that is so difficult to do. I will be forever in debt to Dr Taylah for how she handled one of the most delicate situations that I’ve ever been in in my life. And it’s the little things that count we had a candle burning for Marley and will have her returned to us as ashes with a paw and nose print. I feel so much more at peace having used this service and can’t recommend Dr Taylah highly enough.
